You could always go as Captain and Tennille ! Sorry, couldn’t resist. There are not many pirates couple ideas I guess but you could just go as Anne bonny and Captain “Calico Jack” Rackham. Legend has it that they were an ‘item’ that went a-pirating together. But then most people wouldn’t guess who you are without explaining the history.
